Compliance
Compliance means ensuring that everyone is aware of and taking steps to comply with relevant state and federal regulations. Compliance happens when customers and therapists know and follow the rules and regulations. EnduraCare Therapy Management, excels in both areas. This is vitally important for two reasons; first, so that customers can receive the right payment for the right services provided, and second, for correct implementation of day to day care decisions and documentation of therapists.
In Healthcare, the regulatory environment is in a constant state of flux. In addition, the Fiscal Intermediaries are now consolidating, which means their policies are being reviewed and updated yet again. Recovery Audit Contractors (RACs) create yet another level of auditing for correct reimbursement. Ensuring compliance in this environment is challenging. At EnduraCare, we have a team of individuals constantly reviewing and sharing these regulatory changes.
How does this help you?
Through our Quality Assurance Department, our Directors of Education and Compliance share regulatory changes and offer clinical recommendations to our Management team. This occurs through regular conference calls, our “OnDEC” newsletter articles, facility site visits, and during our clinical education seminars. Our Management team shares the information with customers and therapists through routine visits, conference calls and newsletters.
