Some of our customer educational opportunities are related to: Restorative nursing modules, ADL scoring, RUG refinement, and Medicare Updates (to nursing staff); Medicare Billing requirements, Denial Management, and Claims Processing (to Business staff); and State Survey preparation (to everyone in the building). Although many of these are offered for free, some have a minor cost to cover materials and transportation of our trainers.
