Therapist Courses

One way that we develop the culture of excellent clinical care at EnduraCare Therapy Management is through our educational offerings to our therapists. Our courses are usually taught by our clinical experts, our Directors of Education and Compliance, or our Vice President of Quality Assurance.

Every course that we offer at EnduraCare is available for free to our full-time employees and at a reduced cost for PRN employees. These courses are requested by the Director/Manager at the facility or the Area Manager and approved by the Regional Vice President. After that, a Director of Education and Compliance contacts the Manager and schedules the course.
