What do EnduraCare employees say about their jobs?
Potential new therapists are often interested in the 'culture' of our company and the day-to-day tasks that they would perform as an employee. Although we could tell you about our excellent care, great benefits, or the ethical and professional way we conduct ourselves, we thought it would be best to let our employees share some of their own thoughts. Here are a few of their comments...
“EnduraCare is not your ordinary rehab company. It is more like a big family where everyone's opinion is valued."
-Jerry Smith, PTA
“EnduraCare encourages and allows us to use our profession judgment with our clients.”
-Carol Booth, SLP
“EnduraCare is professional, resourceful and dependable. The management staff and regional office are so personable and accommodating to the needs of the therapist. EnduraCare is a great company to work for!”
-Ann King, SLP
“I have worked for several employers over my 13 year career as a physical therapist and can honestly say that EnduraCare Therapy Management is the best. My supervisors, both in Operations and in Education and Compliance, are supportive, flexible, fair, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. I have been with the company for three years and have no intention of changing employers again.”
-Holly Hester, PT, MPT, CLT
Director of Education and Compliance
“How I would describe EnduraCare would be with three F’s: FUN, FRIENDLY and FLEXIBLE."
-Tracy Smith, Rehab Tech
“There are so many reasons why I enjoy working for EnduraCare. I have autonomy, independence, and the gift of being able to set goals for myself. I have the support of not only the people I work directly with, but also from the people who are my supervisors.
EnduraCare offers many benefits other than health and retirement. These are important, but they aren’t what I think of all the time while working.
There is the continuing education, the professional growth, and the ability to have flexibility in my work schedule. There is also the ability to have a structured work environment in which I have other professionals to discuss treatment plans. Best of all, there is a team approach to making work fun whether from co-workers or from my supervisors.
I like the fact that I can readily reach a supervisor with a question or to ask about a particular continuing education program so that I can reach my goals in professional growth. I enjoy the work I do and working with EnduraCare has only enhanced my experience. This can be summed up as: We are a business, but a business that helps others attain their own personal goals.”
-Nancy Anderson, PTA
"Our work day is full of laughter, teamwork, and communication, while providing excellent care for our residents, their families, and the staff."
-Mountain Manor Therapy Department
